Vitt Factor's Movement and Mission

Vitt Factor is leading an important movement, with a mission to ensure our leaders of tomorrow (ages 8-18) can become the absolute best version of themselves. We believe everyone has the power to create and design the life that they want - and through our programs, we ignite change and get results because our messages are relevant, relatable, and engaging.

Through 1:1 coaching, the 1% Team, Vitt Factor Events, and School Assemblies/Community Events.

Vitt Factor touches on important topics - such as communication, connecting with others, friendships, building confidence, fear of failing, peer pressure. time-management and setting and smashing goals.

Caden Vittorini (21) has been passionate about helping others for as long as he can remember. His goal is to be an inspiration to young people and to have a positive impact on their lives through coaching, the Vitt Factor 1% Team, events, and school assemblies. Since founding Vitt Factor, he has logged more than 1000 hours of hands-on leadership and direct coaching experience for young people ages 8-18. Caden is focused on helping to build our future leaders into strong and capable adults and is honored to be able to do this through Vitt Factor.

Caden makes a big impact because he is relatable and his content is relevant to the age demographic he works with: he shows young people through support, positive talk and real-life examples that working on yourself is cool. He not only is a positive role-model that ignites change - but is also a coach that is action-based and results-driven.
